iMac G5
All-in-Ones2004Common
The iMac G5 put the entire computer — logic board, power supply, optical drive — behind a single thin panel that looked like a display. When it launched, reviewers who opened the back cover found a complete computer inside. The design philosophy became the blueprint for every iMac built since 2004: everything hidden, everything integrated, as little visual noise as possible.
