AppleCD SC
Accessories1988Rare
Apple's first CD-ROM drive, an external single-speed (150 KB/s) unit connecting via SCSI. Introduced alongside the Macintosh IIx in 1988, it made CD-ROM a viable distribution medium for Mac software at a time when most PCs still relied on floppy disks.
