Power Macintosh 5500/250

The Power Macintosh 5500 was the last of Apple's pre-iMac consumer all-in-ones — a 225 MHz 603e in a 15-inch chassis with a TV tuner and a CD-ROM, bundled as an entertainment and education system. Released in 1997, it was discontinued almost immediately when the iMac rendered its design philosophy obsolete. The 5500 is the evolutionary dead end the Bondi Blue iMac replaced.
